TRY THE FOLLOWING TIPS: When searching ancestor names

Transpose surnames, Misspell Names, Translate names, Utilize Nicknames, Spell names Phonetically Use “other Name” field, type partial names and use the keyword search.

When searching Census, Birth, Death, Passenger, Passport, Town Records or Other type:

Search by Town names AND “Record Type” (EX. type a town name such as “Ponce” in the “Region” field additionally select a “Record Type”, such as “Census”, the results should return all census records available for the town of for Ponce. Utilize the “Keyword” field as well with Region and/or with Names and record types.

Never use: (‘) Apostrophe (ñ) or (.)
